We’re hiring a dynamic seasonal Marketing Assistant to join our team and play a crucial role in the creation, management and execution of captivating marketing content across various platforms. In this position, you will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and implement innovative strategies and campaigns that effectively promote our sales and leasing departments. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks, from content creation and social media management to sales support and email marketing. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for staying ahead of marketing trends. The ideal candidate for this position balances creativity with structure, can effectively work with a team to bring great ideas to life, and is committed to on-brand quality work.

This is a temporary position. For now, we are only able to extend a commitment of hourly work, 40 hours per week Monday through Friday, 9 am-5 pm through the summer to end around mid to late September. The specific timing in terms of start/end dates can be somewhat flexible and adjusted.
