*Must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

*High School Diploma or GED required.

*Strong organizational, multi-tasking skills preferred.

*Background in the flooring industry is helpful but not required.

*Skilled in Microsoft Office including Word and Outlook.

*Must pass background check.

Responsibilities:

*Tasks include expanding client base. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients. Ability to meet sales targets and production goals. Prospect for potential customers daily through a disciplined sales call schedule. Enter orders and discuss flooring project needs with customers. Reviewing estimates, processing orders, basic office duties, receiving flooring materials, stocking supplies and staging for installations.
