FLOORING MEASURERS / PROJECT MANAGERS

*Must be service oriented.

*Must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

*High School Diploma or GED required.

*Background in the flooring industry is required.

*Skilled in Outlook.

*Ability to deliver and stack wood materials.

*Forklift experience helpful.

*Must pass background check.

*Must have your own transportation.

Responsibilities:

*Tasks include measuring and speaking with customers to help expand client base. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients. Ability to meet sales targets and production goals. Prospect for potential customers daily through a disciplined sales call schedule. Enter orders and discuss flooring project needs with customers. Reviewing estimates, processing orders, basic office duties, receiving flooring materials at the warehouse (minimal), stocking supplies and staging for installations. Also, requires resolving customer issues, performing jobsite inspections, and handling emergency flooring repair work as needed.
