MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
The Marketing Communications Manager will implement JCP-wide communications and marketing efforts, working in partnership with the staff of the Early Childhood Education (ECC) Department, Hebrew School Project (HSP), JCP Programming, and Development. The Marketing Communications Manager will develop and institute coordinated marketing, branding, and design best practices and utilize outreach strategies to effectively communicate the wide variety of engaging programs and other events for the JCP community.
The Marketing Communications Manager will genuinely and energetically project a warm, joyful, and welcoming "come as you are" persona, embrace the core values and mission of JCP, and be a relationship builder both within the JCP community and externally. Familiarity with outreach to an innovative, young, diverse, inclusive, and high- profile community is key to this position, as is a wide suite of skills in the technologies used to effectively interact with constituencies in the online space.
Reporting to the Executive Director Peter Retzlaff, the Marketing and Communications Manager will partner with other professionals and key volunteers to fulfill this role.
