```Duties```
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for children in a daycare setting
- Provide care and supervision for toddlers and ensure their safety and well-being
- Create a positive and nurturing classroom environment that promotes learning and development
- Plan and conduct engaging activities to stimulate cognitive, social, and physical development
- Foster effective communication with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and needs
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment
- Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, progress, and behavior
- Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations and standards for childcare facilities
```Requirements```
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field preferred
- Previous experience working with children in a daycare or classroom setting
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the diverse needs of children
- Familiarity with curriculum development and implementation strategies for early childhood education
- Passion for working with young children and helping them reach their full potential in a nurturing environment
