Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Front End Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front-end department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales, customer service, and staff at the front end of our establishment.
Duties:
- Lead and motivate a team of front-end employees to achieve sales targets
- Conduct interviews and hire new team members
- Implement and maintain sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Provide sales training and coaching to staff
- Manage shift schedules effectively
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are met
- Oversee wireless sales transactions and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, handle phone inquiries with professionalism
- Utilize math skills for cash handling, payroll processing, and budgeting
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, sales management, or related field
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of wireless sales is a plus
- Ability to manage shifts effectively and prioritize tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in math for handling cash transactions, payroll, and budgeting
