Jett Beauty has been a woman owned, staple luxury salon located in the prestigious neighborhood of 50th and France in Edina, MN for 15 years. We are a proven brand offering a full range of services including eyelash extensions, brows, lashes, facial waxing, iS Clinical facial treatments, airbrush makeup application and permanent makeup.

You are responsible for managing all areas of salon operations including creating a dynamic, environment that exceeds standards of excellence in guest services, client retention, team support and social media marketing efforts.

Required:

• HS diploma or equivalent
• Two years’ recent experience in the spa, guest services or related professional area.

Desired:

• College degree is preferred

Your skills, experience and talents as a studio coordinator will be essential to lead by example. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle pressure well, self-motivated, adaptable to change, and very detail oriented.

As a studio coordinator you will perform the following critical functions:

• Demonstrate high standards in customer service
• Guest retention, rebooking and retail revenue.
• Leading by example
• Manage the salon's back bar and retail product inventory
• General salon upkeep and cleaning
• Assist with promotion, social media and marketing events.

Job Type: Part Time/Full Time

Compensation: Competitive compensation plan, including hourly (based on experience), plus product commissions. Ongoing training opportunities and generous product discounts.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
