3 month contract role. COVID vaccination required. The Front Desk Coordinator will have a daily case load of85-120 patient check- ins along with the below duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Department reception, patient check-in.

- Provides telephone coverage, routing messages accordingly.

- Verify insurance, maintain lobby area.

- Reviews patients consent forms and update with patient asneed.

- Contacts document source, obtains records, scans intoelectronic medical record.

- Other duties assigned.
