- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in electrical contracting or construction

- Travel up to 35% required with a valid Driver's license
- 3-5 years of Electrical equipment or other industrial experience
- Strong business acumen and technical selling skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Practical working knowledge of industry-recognized sales processes
- Generate new business opportunities and foster client relationships
- Promote electrical services and solutions
- Identify potential clients through various lead-generation techniques
- Track and report sales activities and performance metrics
- Manage sales activities with strategic growth in mind
- Develop sales plans and coordinate with the Services department
- Ensure customer loyalty through excellent service
- Meet or exceed assigned sales budget
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
