• Supervise and direct employees to ensure the operation of the facility is running within Company guidelines.
• Promote sales, manage expenses, and maximize profitability.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate teams to deliver the company's vision; customer experience, and financial strategies for the store.
• Ensure training of Team Members -Evaluate Team Member performance and set goals.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized overall site appearance.
• Oversee preventative maintenance program.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence and compliance with all established policies, procedures, and processes.
• Responsible for ensuring a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school education or equivalent; some colleges preferred.
• Knowledge of the car wash business is preferred but not required.
• Previous management experience.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work weekends.
