Jessy Koshy DMD is Hiring a Dental Assistant Near Atlanta, GA

Duties:
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care
- Perform dental charting and update medical records
- Assist with dental lab tasks, including pouring and trimming models
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the front desk as needed

Skills:
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software for creating dental prosthetics
- Knowledge of medical coding and billing procedures
- Experience working with pediatric patients
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems, such as Epic
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and dental team members
- Ability to perform patient assessments and document medical information accurately
