Join Jesse L Pratt LLC, a fast growing company based in the heart of Old Mandeville. We specialize in selling, manufacturing, and distributing prescription and non-prescription products designed to provide natural, safe, and clinically proven solutions for medical providers and their patients who are dealing with depression and other psychiatric issues such as ADD/ADHD, anxiety, and addiction.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative, Scheduler, and Customer Service professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in educating healthcare professionals about our innovative products, scheduling informative presentations, and ensuring outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct warm and/or cold calls to doctors, nurse practitioners, and healthcare professionals to educate them on our products.
  • Identify and qualify leads through outbound calling efforts.
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing and new medical providers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support during the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records of medical providers and patients in our CRM system.
  • Schedule phone or Zoom appointments with medical provider's offices and our folate therapy expert.
  • Undertake miscellaneous projects to contribute to sales growth.
  • Conduct courtesy refill calls to patients.
  • Handle incoming calls from both patients and providers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in inside sales or outside sales.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
  • Strong persuasion skills.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other essential sales tools.
  • Proficient with computers and fast typing skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
