We're looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead our restaurant team! As theGeneral Manager, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of our daily operations,from overseeing employees to maintaining inventory and supplies, to ensuring ourguests are thrilled with their experience.
You'll report to the District Manager on a dailyand weekly basis, and your primary focus will be to make sure that our restaurant is thebest in town!
As the financial backbone of our business, you'll be responsible for maximizing profitswhile keeping costs low. You'll adhere to company standards and service levels toincrease sales and minimize expenses, ensuring that all financial and administrativeduties are completed accurately and in accordance with company policies andprocedures.
We take food safety seriously, and as the General Manager, you'll be responsible forenforcing sanitary practices for food handling, ensuring that our food preparation andservice is of the highest quality, and maintaining a professional restaurant image.
At the heart of our business is our commitment to providing outstanding guest service.As the General Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring that all guest needs are met,resolving any concerns or complaints quickly and efficiently, and maintaining a safe andsecure environment for both our guests and employees.
People skills are essential for success in this role, and we expect our General Managersto provide direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues, interviewand hire hourly employees, develop employees through ongoing feedback andperformance reviews, and maintain accurate staffing plans and schedules.

The ideal candidate for this position will have strong computer skills, be proficient in alldimensions of restaurant functions, possess a valid driver's license, and be eligible towork in the United States. You'll need to have self-discipline, initiative, leadership ability,and be outgoing, with excellent communication skills for dealing with diverse staff. Youshould be able to handle the pressures of coordinating multiple tasks while maintainingrequired standards of operation and be able to determine the applicability of experienceand qualifications of job applicants.
