Job Requirements :

Must be at least 18 years of age

Must have an outgoing and energetic personality

Must exhibit time management and organization skills

Enjoy a fast paced work environment

Must have a strong work ethic and accountability

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities to include :

Creating a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of service

Ensuring high food quality and customer / employee safety.

Multitask in a fast-paced team driven atmosphere

Maintaining overall cleanliness of restaurant

Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through our doors.

Prepare and serve beverages and food items consistently by adhering to all recipe standards.

Possibly open the store, close the store, prep work, cleanup, and adhering to guidelines at all times.'

A Shift Leader is expected to :

• 1. Work 30-40 hours per week;
• 2. Have the ability to get to and from work;
• 3. Communicate with the GM / AM of any issues they are having;

4. Lead by example in terms of quality of the food they make, the way they interact and provide customer service, and coming to work in a clean, fitted, and pressed uniform daily.

5. Manage and lead a team of up to 6 people

Qualifications for the job :

• Education : High school degree or equivalent
• 1 Year QSR experience preferred
• Other : Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler preferred
• Must have reliable transportation
