Responsibilities:
- Work weeks are 50-55 hours per week and must have an open schedule.
· Strong customer service skills
· Train, coach, and develop team members in all aspects of the business
· Maintain a clean and safe work environment
· Ordering and maintaining proper inventory levels
· Monitor and maintain all cash handling procedures
· Commitment to execute and maintain Jersey Mike's standards
· Work closely with ownership group in maintaining standards and expectations
Qualifications:
· Must possess excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
· Be a true team leader and hold others accountable as well as yourself
· Have a basic understanding of computers and point of sale equipment
· Must possess a strong work ethic and dedication to the success of the business
