Jersey Mike's Subs in Englewood is looking for a full time Head Shift Leader to begin paid training immediately. We are looking for talented and enthusiastic team members to come on board and grow with us, as we do the same.

Starting pay is $14.50 plus TIPS!

Your Role Prior to Grand Opening:

• 4 weeks of training required to achieve Jersey Mike's Phase 1 Certification
• Will take place at training store in Highlands Ranch
• Training pay will be $18 per hour, no tips included
• After certification, can continue working part time at the Highlands Ranch store for the same pay rate as listed above

Your Role as Head Shift Leader and Commitment to Company Goals:

• Supervise store in absence of General Managers
• Lead opens, closes, and mid-day shifts.
• Food that meets Jersey Mikes specifications and high quality standards
• Service that is noticeably friendlier than that of other restaurants
• Great leadership and communication
• A restaurant that is noticeably cleaner than other restaurants
• Sharing your life with our community and guests!

Starting Pay: $14.50/hour plus tips

Qualifications for the job:

• Education: High school degree or equivalent
• Complete Phase 1 Training (after being hired)
• Must be 18 years or older
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler (not required)
• Must have reliable transportation
• Quick Service Restaurant Experience appreciated, but not necessary to apply!
