Jersey College is seeking an IT Help Desk candidate to provide information technology support for assigned campuses at Jersey College. The individual is responsible for assisting end-users with their technology needs, managing and administrating our internal servers, intranet sites, and extranet sites, and assessing future information technology needs and system requirements.
Position: IT Help Desk for Nursing College (Knoxville/Cleveland TN)
Must be open to travel equally between Knoxville and Cleveland (2-3 days in Cleveland etc - Not travelling between them multiple times per day)
