Position

Due to record growth and sales, the Jerry Seiner Dealerships seek individual(s) motivated to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced Service Department setting.

We are busy and efficient shops with excellent retail and commercial customers, tenured management and staff, robust processes, and excellent facilities. This position is located in Las Vegas, Nevada. Being onsite in Las Vegas is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, write Repair Orders, and Dispatch work to technicians
• Answer phones, set appointments, and assist with callers' needs
• Present maintenance items and sell needed repairs to customers
• Provide phone and text updates on repair status
• Complete necessary paperwork and assist with collecting payment
• Follow processes and procedures to assist other staff members
• Meet sales and customer satisfaction standards set by management

Requirements

• Applicant must have above-average customer service skills, automotive knowledge, and administrative competency.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor preferred.
