Are you an early bird with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences? We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding service to our valued guests, ensuring they start their day with a smile.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service Excellence: Greet guests warmly and promptly, offering a friendly and attentive demeanor. Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions to enhance the dining experience. Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs throughout their meal.
• Order Taking and Delivery: Efficiently take food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to special requests or dietary preferences. Serve meals promptly and with care, ensuring the right food reaches the right customer.
• Table Maintenance: Set up tables with required utensils, napkins, and condiments. Maintain clean and tidy dining areas, promptly clearing used dishes and utensils. Prepare tables for new guests efficiently.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth operations, communicate guest requirements, and ensure timely food delivery. Be a team player, assisting colleagues when needed.
• Cash Handling: Process guest payments accurately, handle cash, credit card transactions, and provide correct change. Maintain the cash register, adhering to the restaurant's cash handling policies.
• Menu Knowledge: Be well-versed with the breakfast menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and daily specials. Keep updated on any menu changes or modifications.
• Sanitation and Safety: Adhere to health and safety standards, maintaining a clean and hygienic workspace. Follow proper food handling and storage guidelines.
• Upselling and Promotions: Familiarize yourself with ongoing promotions and upsell additional menu items to guests when appropriate.

What are we looking for:

• Prior experience as a server or in customer service roles is mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact politely and effectively with customers and team members.
• Positive attitude, a friendly disposition, and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-notch service to guests.
• Must be reliable and punctual, respecting the assigned work schedule.
• Knowledge of basic math for order processing and billing.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
