As an Assistant Manager, you are responsible for being a motivator, coach, and leader. You are responsible for driving profitable sales growth through all aspects of the store. You are also responsible for assisting in leading the staff and motivating them to increase sales through customer relations, stock/product operations, merchandising, and skill development. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and go up and down a ladder. In the absence of the General Manager, you would assume all manager duties. Starting pay is negotiable with a proven track record of good performance after 6 month probation.

• At least three years of retail experience
• Flexible availability- evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Mathematical skills, problem solving, and quick decision-making
• Execute in completion of tasks with little to no supervision
• High level of morals/values, ethics, kindness, and trust
• Tech savvy with Facebook and Instagram posting, and taking photos
• Required to operate a forklift. Previous forklift experience is not required
• Must have a valid driver's license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
