Responsibilities
- Engage in PLACE New Agent Launch program to internalize lead generation and prospecting scripts.
- Convert inbound sales inquiries into scheduled appointments.
- Convert outbound sales opportunities into scheduled appointments.
- Qualify leads by assessing motivation and financial aspects for team agents.
- Effectively manage database and generate productivity reports.
- Dedicate time to skill development through education and script practice.
- Become a local expert in real estate.
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Calls.
- Utilize PLACE Technology to track activities and manage client information.
Qualifications
You're amazing at connecting with people and love working with them. Selling and converting excite you, and you have a knack for it. You're organized and can juggle multiple leads while keeping up with follow-ups. Being part of a team and working towards common goals is something you're passionate about.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional telephone skills
- Sales experience with a track record of meeting quotas
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Quick to learn and internalize scripts
- Thrives in a team environment
- Real estate license preferred
