Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing and sales support, including lead generation, client follow-up, and relationship management. This position requires someone who is goal-oriented, result-driven, and capable of generating quality leads and sales.
Duties:
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate quality leads and follow up with clients.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, providing feedback and sales support.
- Monitor Google Ads and Analytics, create new display ads/keyword searches, and update content for Google indexing.
- Proficiency in WordPress to implement website updates, manage content, blogs, and email templates.
- Knowledge of HubSpot to create templates, newsletters, and organize leads effectively.
- Stay updated on market trends, keywords, and strategies to effectively market our niche services.
Experience:
- Proven experience in marketing and sales support roles.
- Proficiency in WordPress, Google AD and Analytics, and HubSpot.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to identify market opportunities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small, open office environment.
