Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of each child.

Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum
- Provide a variety of learning experiences through play, storytelling, arts and crafts, music, and outdoor activities
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages the growth and development of each child
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational program
- Maintain accurate records of each child's attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to provide updates on their child's progress
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors
- Knowledge of child welfare guidelines and regulations
- Familiarity with literacy education strategies for preschool-aged children
- Previous experience working in a daycare or preschool setting is desired

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
