JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Special Orders Scheduler to join our growing team.

Ability to perform routine duties required to receive and complete credits from customers using standard forms and follow routing procedures, information such as stock number, quantity, and prices. Also maintain files on credits and works directly with the general manager who will be authorizing and planning credits. If applicable, send acknowledgements of credits. Provide support to customers and investigate as well as authenticate the credits being requested by matching PO’s and line number to serviced orders internally.
