Overview:

- Serve as the front desk point of contact for patients and visitors
- Provide personal assistant support to dental office staff
- Maintain and organize files and records efficiently
- Utilize computerized systems for scheduling and record-keeping
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling patient inquiries
- Offer exceptional customer support to enhance patient experience

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a dental receptionist role is preferred
- Proficiency in using phone systems and computerized tools
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient care
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with dental office procedures is a plus
