  • High School Diploma and/or GED required
  • Previous healthcare office experience including scheduling and registration preferring
  • Good computer skills using Windows products and email
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Under the supervision of Outpatient Site Supervisors, coordinates scheduling and registrations of all patient therapy appointments using online system
  • Checking in all patients, on the correct encounter, arriving and informs appropriate party of their arrival using the AeCis system
  • Coordinating with the clinicians to verify the schedule is accurate and full
  • Responsible for all aspects of facility telephone and email communications
  • Communicating with all patients with the highest level of customer service, helping all patients with any issues
  • Responsible to verify all patients have a clearance for their therapy session prior to their appointment and places patients on the clearance list every month during the creation of the new encounter
  • This position requires providing service to the following age population(s): all ages, in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served.
