Click here for more information. THE ROLE Seeking a Hotel Maintenance Technician (FULL or PART-TIME) to join our team at The 106 Jefferson Hotel, a Curio by Hilton $300 SIGN ON BONUS!! Flexible schedule available with the following options: Full-time: Compressed 4-day work week 10-hour shifts & 3 days off or 5-day week 8-hour shifts Part-time: Flexible shifts available – to be discussed at your interview PTO, Sick time, Great Hotel discounts, Free Lunches, Daily Pay, Personal recognition and medical, vision and dental benefits for our full-time team members. $300 sign on bonus. POSITION PROFILE: Preventive maintenance of guest rooms and equipment as well as any duties assigned by the Chief Engineer. DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High school education or equivalent experience. Experience: 1 year experience in a related field. Skills and Abilities: The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of building maintenance to include preventive guest room maintenance, painting, light plumbing and electrical and minor sheet rock repairs. The ability to work as a team to reach goals set by the company and department manager while providing the highest level of guest satisfaction and service. SIGN-ON BONUS: New team members are eligible for a sign-on bonus of ($300), which is payable to you in two installments. The first installment of ($150) will be paid to you on the pay period following 90 days of your employment and the second installment will be paid on the pay period following your 180 days of employment.
