NBME is Hiring a Program Manager Near Philadelphia, PA

POSITION OVERVIEW
NBME is seeking a Program Manager who, as a member of the Customer Success team, will collaborate with medical schools and health professions training programs, providing expertise and guidance in the effective utilization of assessment portfolios to drive improvements in student learning outcomes. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of medical, STEM, or health professions education; assessment methodologies; and educational technology, as well as a proven track record of successful stakeholder engagement. Candidates with at least 3 years of experience will be considered, and position leveling will be determined upon hire.
This role has been designated as primarily remote, meaning it requires little to no onsite attendance. While this role can be designated as remote, you are offered the flexibility to select if you prefer to work primarily remotely, hybrid, or onsite. We're open to considering candidates within 50 miles of our office location in Philadelphia, PA.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as a liaison between NBME and key stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions
  • Support account management and sales functions to drive customer satisfaction, business, and mission outcomes
  • Collaborate effectively with NBME Outreach, Product Management, Marketing and Communications, Business Operations, and the Customer Services and Resource Center teams to identify and effectively meet customer needs spanning NBME's portfolio of products and services.
  • Create, maintain, and expand external relationships with domestic and international medical schools and other critical stakeholders and customer groups to help inform product management about current and future needs for services and products provided to medical schools.
  • Support account management and sales functions to drive customer satisfaction, business, and mission outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with MS Office applications; specifically, Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in using assessment data to improve learning outcomes, position leveling will be determined upon hire
  • Knowledge of assessment, assessment science research, and/or medical education is a plus.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
