Supervise all activities related to Alliance of Minority Physicians (AMP) programming, both in the institution and across the city of Philadelphia. Duties include general operations support, event and meeting coordination, conferences support and follow-up, database management, and expense tracking and reimbursements. The Program Manager will also lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of "Med Immersion Experience: A New Vision for Philadelphia's Medical School Pathways to Academic and Community Medicine."

Manages project/program activities and implements protocols; develops, implements and manages work plans and time-frames in order to ensure project goals. Communicates project/program activities to ensure clear, coordinated project related communications
Supervises assigned laboratory and or support personnel; delegates and coordinates tasks based on developed plans
Provide technical leadership and consultation related to project/grant proposals/ manuscripts/animal protocol development, advises those associated with projects (PI) regarding project status
Assisting in faculty recruitment process
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science and 3 to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
