JCMG’s Express Care clinics is looking for an organized, compassionate, and dynamic leader to join the JCMG team.
This is a full-time position with full benefits, including insurance, 148 PTO hours per year, 56 hours of paid Holidays per year, including the day after Thanksgiving, and an Employee Retirement Plan (401K) with employer match. Tuition reimbursement and a grow our own Medical Assistant Program.
Normal working hours are Monday- Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. However, hours could vary based on the needs of the department.
Salary is based on experience.

PLANS
Participates in developing and implementing short- and long-term work plans and objectives for the clinic.
Ensures an adequate staffing level is maintained, including performing as clinic LPN/RN.
Ensures appropriate standards of nursing practice are established and maintained.
ORGANIZES
Develops guidelines for prioritizing daily clinic work activities, evaluating effectiveness, and modifying activities as necessary.
Establish deadlines for work assignments and completion.
DELEGATES AND SUPERVISES
Supervises daily clinic operations and delegates tasks as appropriate to staff.
Fulfills the role of the clinic LPN as staffing requires.
Participates in the development and implements clinic policies and procedures.
Assists in the recruiting, hiring, orientation, development, and evaluation of clinic staff.
Supervises clinic payroll and leave functions, including maintenance of adequate record keeping.
COORDINATES
Provides clinical nursing services as needed to ensure quality patient care and to assist in the orientation and evaluation of clinical staff performance.
Ensures the provision of quality patient care through monitoring and evaluation of clinical activities and through ongoing performance improvement initiatives.
Monitors work status and progress.
Identifies, analyzes, and resolves work problems.
Ensures an adequate amount of supplies and inventory are maintained.
Interacts with the public and ensures prompt and courteous service is provided by staff.
Prepares correspondence and reports as required by administration.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Graduate from an accredited LPN or RN nursing program.
Experience:
Minimum of three years of LPN or RN experience.
Prefer at least one year of leadership/supervisory experience in the ambulatory care setting.
Certification/License:
State of Missouri RN or LPN license in good standing.
Basic Cardiac Life Support Certified or willing to obtain within three months of employment.

Basic computer systems and applications.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
