- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
- Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.
- Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.
Requirements
- Prior STATE FARM Sales Experience with 3-5 years.
- Knowledge with ECRM, NECHO is a must, and Racing snail a positive
- WA STATE Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- WA STATE Life & Health Insurance license required.
- Successful sales background.
