Job Overview:
High volume Southeastern Ohio new car dealer looking for as Associate Service Manager

Must be able to assist with the day to day operations in a high volume shop generating an average of 1500 repair orders per month. This qualified individual will share the responsibility of implementing and maintaining the processes to ensure the continuous results and objectives set for a growing a OEM fixed operation.

Must possess the skills to motivate and lead a team. The ability to listen and communicate the customer needs and not only meet but exceed their expectations.

Service experience preferred but not required, a strong background in a service focused atmosphere presenting and communicating the need for maintenance and safety related items a must.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or GED

Strong technical knowledge

Communication and listening skills

Leadership ability

***Experience in tire/ maintenance sales and service a plus***

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
