Job Summary :
As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining relationships with both strategic and non-strategic cannabis suppliers, ensuring smooth backend support.
You will develop and manage processes, establish policies, and devise value-adding strategies to enhance our platform. Your responsibilities include ensuring that procurement processes adhere to audit, regulatory, and legal standards, and working closely with the procurement team to measure supplier performance and report on frameworks.
Additionally, you will be integral in supplier selection processes, managing existing supplier relationships, and driving cost management initiatives to identify and implement opportunities for cost reduction while maintaining quality standards.
Your ability to evaluate, improve, and sustain supplier performance will contribute significantly to our business objectives, as will your knack for staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform procurement decisions.
