Maintenance Technician
We are seeking an experienced maintenance technician to repair and maintain machinery and equipment in our state-of-the-art automotive stamping facility. If you have expertise diagnosing and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems on production equipment, this is a great opportunity to use your skills.
Core Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair presses, press controls, servo feeds, and related systems.
Repair and maintain pneumatic and hydraulic components such as valves, cylinders, lines, and fittings.
Overhaul and service motors, perform mechanical adjustments, and fabrication as needed.
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and verbal/written instructions.
Perform preventive maintenance and educate operators on routine care.
Maintain proper safety standards and compliance with OSHA regulations.
Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measurement instruments.
Document work orders and maintain detailed repair records.
Requirements:
High school diploma plus 5 years maintenance experience, specifically with stamping presses.
Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Ability to read ladder logic a plus.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally.
Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills.
