JD Rivet Roofing is looking for an independent thinking individual with problem solving skills and a teamwork focus. This individual will be primarily responsible to drive service department sales, new customer development and enhance customer roofing experience by providing strong customer service, timely responses to needs, and ensure quality work is completed through a highly qualified and cost effective team of service technicians.
Responsibilities:
· Direct, Lead and Develop Service Department Personnel
· Implement Strategies for Facilitating Service Department Growth
· Solicit New Customers Through a Structured Sales Process
· Develop Service Goals and Tracking Mechanisms
· Ensure all Customer Requests are Responded to in a Timely Basis
· Maintain Periodic Communication with all Customers
· Ensure Response to all Customer Requests within Company Standard
· Direct, Lead and Develop Service Department Personnel
· Hire, Develop, and Manage a Team of Service Technicians
Qualifications:
· Knowledge of Roofing Materials and Installation Techniques As Well As Construction Means and Methods
· Experience with Leadership and Human Resource Management
· Attention to Detail and Organization
· Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
· Solid Computer Skills Including Microsoft Office
· Demonstrated Team Player
