Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Apparel Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with sales, and maintaining the appearance of the apparel department. Duties: - Greet customers and provide assistance in a friendly and professional manner - Assist customers with finding the right apparel items and sizes - Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers or point-of-sale (POS) systems - Maintain a clean and organized apparel department, including restocking merchandise and arranging displays - Provide product knowledge and answer customer inquiries about apparel items - Assist with inventory management, including receiving and tagging new merchandise - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service - Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and promotions Requirements: - Previous retail sales experience preferred - Strong knowledge of retail math and cash handling procedures - Familiarity with electronic sales systems and POS software - Ability to effectively communicate in English; bilingual skills are a plus - Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed If you have a passion for fashion, enjoy working with customers, and have a strong attention to detail, we would love to hear from you.
