MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues, and collaborating with other team members to solve complex problems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in a timely manner
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively
• Install new equipment and machinery, following manufacturer's instructions and safety protocols
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and equipment performance
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area to ensure a safe working environment
• Collaborate with other team members to solve complex issues and improve maintenance processes
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to continuously improve skills and knowledge

Required Qualifications :

• 2 year of experience maintaining, repairing and troubleshooting hydraulic or injection molding equipment
• PLC troubleshooting experience
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
• Ability to read electrical and hydraulic blueprints
• Experience with automated equipment a plus
• Experience with controls, servo motors, vision systems, or robotic systems highly desired
• Fabrication or welding experience a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required, Associates Degree a plus
