JCS Restoration is Hiring a Restoration Project Manager (Reconstruction) Near Elsinore, CA

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Project Manager who knows how to provide a great customer experience, work well in a team, and stay organized and on top of their work. We are a Water and Fire Restoration Company that has been rapidly growing in the Inland Empire. We are looking for talented people who are interested in long-term employment with a solid company.

Opportunity:

This position is for someone who is well organized, can solve challenges well on their own, and enjoys working with people every day. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple construction projects of various sizes and should have a strong working knowledge of residential construction methods, systems and trades. It is important that you are looking to grow and open to feedback.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Strong customer communication skills and ability to provide great service
  • Manage project teams with daily on-site duties
  • Proactively resolve project issues
  • Development and updating of budgets and project schedules
  • Management of project from start to finish, including maintaining budgets and timelines
  • Communicate with homeowners, inspectors, and subcontractors
  • Construction team and Subcontractor management
  • Occasional Permit pulling
  • Run approximately 15-20 jobs at any given time
  • Integrate yourself in the business community as a representative of the company

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Valid Driver’s License required and ability to drive throughout Southern California
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Resourcefulness, especially in the face of challenges
  • Understanding of construction finance (estimates, budgets, cash flow, projections)
  • Understanding of water and fire damage restoration.
  • Detail-oriented and strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Take ownership of your job and provide exceptional service to the Customer
  • Work with integrity
  • Take pride in your work
