JCL Solutions and Spencer Office Supplies is Hiring a Territory Account Manager Near Spencer, IA

Job Summary:
We are a full-line Building Maintenance and Office Supply / Office Furniture Company, based out of Spencer, IA and Sioux Falls, SD.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Account Manager to join our Sales Team. As a Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a designated territory, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong sales background and excellent communication / organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the assigned territory
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential growth areas
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs
- Utilize our CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients

Experience:
- Proven experience in account management, business development, or sales roles
- Strong ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Experience in technology sales or technical sales is preferred
