Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong knowledge of mixology, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Ensure that the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately
- Maintain knowledge of current food and drink offerings, including specials and promotions
- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations an
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing any customer concerns or issues
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and basic wine knowledge
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours
- Cash handling experience with the ability to accurately process transactions
- Familiarity with restaurant or retail math for calculating bills and making change
- Understanding of food safety regulations and proper handling of alcoholic beverages
