BEVERAGE CART ATTENDANT
SCOPE OF WORK
To sell beverages and snacks on a golf cart for the golf course
GENERAL DUTIES
Set up beverage cart for operation.
Prepare sandwiches for sale on beverage cart, if applicable.
Serve beverages and snacks to golfers.
Assist in quality control.
Keep beverage cart clean and up to sanitary standards.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Some knowledge of the game of golf
Some knowledge of sales methods
Some knowledge of food preparation
Ability to communicate and establish good working relationships with fellow employees and customers
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent with food service experience
Must possess a valid Florida Drivers License and must participate in the Responsible Vendors Training Program.
Minimum age for this position is 18 years old if alcoholic beverages are sold.
BARTENDER
SCOPE OF WORK
An employee in this position is responsible for the operation and appearance of the bar. Customer service is a key function of this position.
GENERAL DUTIES
Be courteous, obliging and attentive; always greet patrons with a smile.
Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to order, receiving proper payment and making correct change.
Responsible for maintaining bar in clean condition and for keeping it stocked properly.
Prepares drinks for servers to serve or serves directly to customers.
Helps stock bar and serves catered parties from service bar and portable bars.
Washes glasses and other bar equipment.
Waits on customers when necessary.
Should possess knowledge of the various types of wines.
Prepares garnishes for mixed drinks.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Ability to help service the needs of our customers, anticipate their needs.
Ability to lift 25-30 lbs.
Ability to communicate and establish good working relationships with fellow employees and customers.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Experience in bartending; completion of a bartending school; or an equivalent combination of related training and experience. Must participate in the Responsible Vendors Training program.
