The Opportunity ...

Lead and contribute to the ideation, conceptualization, and development of innovative beverage packaging solutions.Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, technologies, and materials relevant to the beverage packaging industry.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate consumer insights and market needs into actionable product concepts.Evaluate and experiment with novel materials to enhance the performance, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness of beverage packaging solutions.Stay abreast of advancements in material science, ensuring our products remain at the forefront of the industry.Oversee the prototyping and testing phases of new product development, ensuring that designs meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.Implement rigorous testing protocols to validate the performance and durability of new packaging concepts.Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of new products into the production pipeline.Communicate effectively with external partners, suppliers, and industry experts to foster collaboration and stay informed about industry best practices.Maintain detailed records of research activities, experiments, and results.Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to update stakeholders on the progress of ongoing projects.
