The ERP Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes and requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing ERP solutions to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ERP systems, business analysis methodologies, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

These responsibilities are not all inclusive and additional duties may be assigned as required.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for ERP system implementation or enhancements, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Analyze existing business processes, design ERP solutions to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Develop functional specifications and cooperate with development teams to ensure accurate interpretation of business requirements.
• Work together with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and supply chain, to ensure successful ERP system integration.
• Monitor and evaluate system performance and recommend enhancements or modifications, as necessary.
• Develop and execute test plans and provide support during user acceptance testing.
• Monitor and evaluate system performance, identify issues, and propose and implement solutions.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in Syteline ERP systems and business analysis methodologies.
• Provide training and support to end-users on ERP system functionality.
• Support day-to-day operations in addition to project management responsibilities.
• Grow into the subject matter expert (SME) on business processes and systems within their area of expertise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or proven experience as an ERP Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience with multiple sites, branches, and/or companies in an ERP environment.
• Extensive knowledge and proficiency with Syteline ERP system is required.
• Experience working with Finance, Projects, Shop Floor Operations, APS in manufacturing environment.
• Detail-oriented, strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
• Thorough understanding of business analysis methodologies and best practices.
• Proven history of successfully delivering ERP projects on time and within budget.
• Customer oriented with strong mentoring abilities.
