Position Title: Billing Representative
Primary Responsibilities:
- Processing incoming paperwork from drivers.
- Preparing invoices for customers.
- Follow up with other departments regarding final billing details.
- Filing of delivery paperwork for retention.
- Additional tasks may be assigned.
- Must have working knowledge and understanding of computers.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written.
- Needs to be creative and willing to change as circumstances dictate. Work well under pressure.
- Capable of effectively prioritizing to meet deadlines.
- Must have good working relationship with drivers, be a team player, dependable, reliable.
- Need to have a strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- TMW knowledge is beneficial.
- Excel knowledge is beneficial.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
- Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
- Better Futures Program: 2 Year Community College tuition paid for you or your dependents;
- Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
- 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
- Base salary range of $20 per hour
