Rate per Mile (Years of Driving Experience) :

Weekly Load Minimum - $180

1 Year : $0.70

2 Years : $0.71

3 Years : $0.72

4 Years : $0.73

5 Years : $0.74

6 Years : $0.75

7 Years : $0.76

• All miles paid loaded & empty (unless going home)
• Additional stops and pick-ups : $40
• Driver unload pay
• Detention pay
• Layover / Breakdown Pay
• Pet Policy Available
• Rider policy available after 3 months
• All lumpers are paid for by JBS
• Mandatory $0.10 cents Per Diem
• Drivers can expect occasional nights at home per week, depending on home location (not guaranteed)
• Average 1600 - 2000 miles per week

• $1,500 Retention Bonus

• Up to a $3,100 bonus per driver referral :
• $50 every week of your referred driver's first year
• $500 bonus when your referred driver hits 3 months

WORK & ROUTE :

• Average Weekly Miles : 1,600 and up to 2,000
• Main Driving Region : Multi-State
• Truck Assignments : could be at any JBS terminal. No guarantee of being seated at your home terminal
• Most dispatches will be picking up a loaded trailer from one of the five Pork plants or 4 Beef plants, live unloading at customer, and empty bac

CDL-A Dedicated Truck Driver Requirements :

• At least 21 years old
• CDL-A with 6 months tractor trailer experience
• Must have 48'-53' tractor trailer experience
• Mentor and Training programs are available for drivers with less than 6 months of experience
