- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, patches, and backups
- Provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person visits
- Document all service activities and maintain accurate records of client interactions

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong knowledge of computer networking principles and protocols (TCP/IP, LAN)
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems (Windows 7/10)
- Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira or SCCM
- Familiarity with Active Directory administration
- Knowledge of Windows Server environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively
