Focusing on classroom facilitation, data collection and analysis, and documentation, the Training Coordinator is a key role in supporting the Training department deliverables to our internal customers. Essential Job Functions: Plan and execute training schedule to be performed with team members and ensure that work performed is in compliance with specifications.Instruct and train team members in standard operating procedures (SOPs). Administer and track training programs using techniques such as classroom learning, demonstrations, one-on-one coaching, or production line how-to. Evaluate the outcomes of training sessions and consult with training team to adjust the program to achieve desired results.Effectively assesses trainee’s understanding, progress, and skill level; maintain records of trainees’ progress and achievements. Record and Provide feedback on new team member performance/non-performance to Department Area/Supervisor. Adheres to Quality policy by exceeding customer expectations, being customer focused and supporting continuous improvement activities.Adheres to Safety policies and practices behavioral based safety 100% of the time. Qualifications: High School Diploma, or GEDOpen to learning new skills and methodsPrevious leadership, coaching, or training experience requiredExcellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to multi-taskGood understanding of lean manufacturing and team conceptsGood problem solving, analytical, and trouble-shooting skillsAbility to flex scheduled work times and locations when needed (flexible transportation)Computer literate with Microsoft Office or Google Docs PREFERREDPresentation or training delivery experienceProduction line experience1-2 years’ experience with production processes at Morgan OlsonOther duties as required. Equal Opportunity Employer #LI-CM2
