How You Will Make an Impact Under direction of the Operations Manager, the Supervisor directs the workflow of the Dayshift production team members. You will lead the group in producing high-quality product for the customer and be responsible for driving continuous improvement while achieving expected safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
