The Nuts and Bolts Perform work collision repairs in line with estimates with efficiency and accuracy Reconstruct internal & external panels & structure of vehicles Paint & paint prep Determine the necessary application of paint for a thorough coat Check for runs, sags, or dry spot to ensure quality finish Maintain a clean and safe work area Paint booth maintenance Minor dent repair Required Credentials 3 years’ experience painting vehicles in production environment. 1 year experience color matching. 1 year experience collision repair and/or dent removal.
