Weare looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain our financialrecords including purchases sales receipts andpayments.
Bookkeeperjob duties include working closely with our andnbsp; Accounting and nbsp;team to create and analyze financial reports and ensurelegal requirements compliance process accounts payable andreceivable and manage invoices and tax payments.
Our idealcandidate holds a Finance degree (preferably followed by accountingCPE courses) and is familiar with accounting software packages likeFreshBooks Kashoo andCashflows.
Responsibilities :
- Recordday to day financial transactions and complete the postingprocess
- Verifythat transactions are recorded in the correct day book suppliersledger customer ledger and generalledger
- Bring thebooks to the trial balance andnbsp;stage
- Performpartial checks of the postingprocess
- Completetax forms
- Enterdata maintain records and create reports and financialstatements
- Processaccounts receivable / payable and handle payroll in atime
